Fixed delay-times during Init. REPRAP_DISCOUNT_FULL_GRAPHIC_SMART_CONTROLLER won't get initialized on some Boards because delay was to short.

- Display fan speed 0-1 as “—“ and 254-255 as “100%”.
- Display 4th extruder instead of the heated bed
