Following up on #3231

Keep "astyled" reformatting

With the introduction of the #if ENABLED(…)

reads better than

Apply `ENABLED` / `DISABLED` macros to files needing only a small
number of changes.

- Also patch up some warnings

- Put + in front of positive values in the output

- Moved sanity-checks to Marlin_main.cpp
- Applied to other configuration files
- Fixed formatting of ABL output
- Passing verbose level to probe_pt
- Miscellaneous cleanup
- Put CONFIG_STEPPERS_TOSHIBA into Configuration.h

Changed AUTO_BED_LEVEL to AUTO_BED_COMPENSATION

This is the recommended approach for object initialization. The change
doesn't affect binary size (although in theory it could make it smaller).

Removed the calculation of the inverse matrix since the rotation matrix is orthogonal, therefore inverted == transposed.
Much simpler and mathematically robust.
