In reference to #12175

Initial manual Z move can be negative if your stepper is inverted. Leads to bad situations for crashed or initially booted printers.

- Remove `print_job_timer.stop()` from `disable_all_heaters`
- Call `print_job_timer.stop()` for relevant `disable_all_heaters()`.
- Split up `kill()` for watchdog interrupt safety

* Park/unpark changes to example configs
* Implement DEBUG_DXC_MODE

- Added FILAMENT_RUNOUT_DISTANCE_MM option
